Salford City is delighted to announce Quality Care Group as our new back of shirt sponsor!

QCG are the UK’s largest independent broker for supplying business services and insurances specifically for the care sector, and have signed a three-and-a-half year deal to feature on the back of the playing shirts.

The business, founded in 2009 as an insurance broker, has grown rapidly over the last 12 years to offer additional services to the care sector, including multiple North-West sites as part of a nationwide portfolio.

In 2018 the charitable arm Pollard’s Promises launched as an initiative to express appreciation for workers in the care industry and care home residents, by providing them with unique experiences, gifts, and creating memories to last a lifetime.

Commenting on the partnership, founder Darren Pollard said:

“I am delighted to be working with Salford City FC and the Class of ’92 over the next three and a half years as we expand our business across the North West.

“The team at QCG and I are excited to be joining the Salford City FC family while hopefully watching them move up the Football League!”

Salford City Chairman, Karen Baird, added:

“We are pleased to welcome Quality Care Group to Salford City, and we would like to thank them for their support.

“QCG has an excellent reputation for their support and services to the care sector, and provide some amazing opportunities for care sector employees and care home residents through their charitable arm Pollard’s Promises.

“This partnership will bring some great exposure to QCG and the work that they do including in our region, and we look forward to nurturing a mutually beneficial relationship.”

Co-owner Gary Neville echoed that and said:

“It’s fantastic to have Quality Care Group on board with us here at Salford City as they continue the expansion of their work across the North West.

“We are aligned with our ambitions to grow as businesses, and we are looking forward to working with each other over at least the next three-and-a-half years.”
