Concession qualification: Those aged 60 or over, or between the ages of 5 and 16 on 13th August 2019. Students with current, dated ID aged 23 or under on 13th August 2019.
Any supporter who requires the assistance of a carer and is currently claiming higher-rate DLA or enhanced PIP may claim a free ticket for their carer. Proof of qualification must be produced when purchasing tickets.

One big change this season is that all four stands are now segregated, each with its own turnstile. PLEASE NOTE- MATCH TICKETS will only allow admission at the appropriate turnstile (the turnstile number is printed on your season-ticket or match-ticket).
West Stand – Home terrace – STANDING ONLY – Turnstile Block ‘B’ (Neville Road West) turnstiles 4,5 & 6. Admission is by match-ticket or cash at the turnstile. PLEASE NOTE: THIS AREA OF THE GROUND IS FOR HOME SUPPORTERS ONLY – AWAY FANS WILL BE TURNED AWAY OR EJECTED WITHOUT REFUND.
North Stand – Home seating – Turnstile Block ‘C’ (Moor Lane West) turnstiles 7 & 8. Admission is by match-ticket only. No cash admission on the day.
South Stand – Home seating & standing – Turnstile Block ‘D’ (Moor Lane East) turnstiles 9 &10. Admission is by match-ticket only. No cash admission on the day.
East Stand & North Stand Block ‘H’ – Away terrace and seats – Turnstile Block ‘A’ (Moor Lane East) turnstiles 1,2 & 3. Admission is by cash at the turnstiles only.
SUPPORTERS USING WHEELCHAIRS
We can offer ground-level viewing areas for supporters using wheelchairs, with adjacent seats for carers. Numbers are limited, so to book a place please contact the secretary (email@example.com).
Ambulant Disabled Supporters – Please note that the turnstiles for the North Stand lead to a flight of stairs once inside the ground. The turnstiles for the West Stand and South Stand have level approaches and no stairs inside.
For away supporters accessing the East Stand / North Stand away seating – the forecourt for the away turnstiles can be accessed via a small number of steps from Moor Lane. There is also a gently sloping path that leads down to the forecourt – this path begins just to the west of the main doors of the North Stand and is accessible from Moor Lane.

CAR-PARKING AND PARK & RIDE SERVICE
We are pleased to confirm that the Park & Ride service will be running for this game,from its usual base. The former IT Lab car-park opens at 6:15pm with buses provided by our travel partner Swans Travel Ltd. making the shuttle journey to the drop-off point on Moor Lane. The service runs until kick-off and then again after the match and costs just £2 per vehicle.

Please note that a resident-only parking scheme operates around the ground for home games. Hours of operation for this game are 12 noon and 7pm. The extent of the zone is detailed below, in red. The club requests that supporters show consideration for our neighbours when choosing a place to park – please do not obstruct driveways and junctions.
The ’92 bar – situated in the North Stand, will be available for supporters in that stand before the game and during half-time. After the match it will be used as a lounge for players and officials, so will not be open to supporters.
South Stand bar – Closed for this game.
CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Alcoholic beverages cannot be consumed where there is a view of the playing field. The ’92 bar and private boxes are also subject to this regulation.
NO SMOKING ZONE
This season supporters will not be able to smoke or use e-cigarettes anywhere within the stadium.
Supporters are not allowed to bring drums or other musical instruments into the ground – they will be confiscated by our stewards if an attempt is made to bring them into the ground.
Please note – Supporters are not allowed to encroach onto the playing field before, during or after games at The Peninsula Stadium. Any incursion onto the playing field may be reported by match officials to The FA /EFL, and action may be taken against the club as a result. e will scrutinise footage of any pitch incursion at The Peninsula Stadium and will not hesitate to take appropriate action against those responsible. Supporters apprehended during games will be ejected from the stadium and barred from future attendance.
