SEASON TICKETS 2020-2021 – latest news
Salford City F.C. wishes to thank those season ticket holders who have renewed for season 2020-2021. The numbers, in such uncertain times, are impressive and everyone at the club is grateful for your continued support.
online season ticket sales
As of 2nd September, online season ticket sales have been suspended. This has been done so we can process the applications received so far and ensure that all requests for location moves are facilitated.
SEASON TICKET APPLICATIONS
We are still accepting season ticket applications via email and at the office during opening hours (please see below for the latest times and dates). Renewals at the discounted price are still available, but please note that after 1st September we cannot guarantee that season ticket holders from 2019-2020 will be able to renew the same seat for season 2020-2021.
returning to the stadium
Various trial events are being planned around the country over the next few weeks, Salford City F.C. is currently working to finalise the new safe stadium capacity. We are hoping that all season ticket holders will be accommodate when the ground is allowed to reopen, although the number of admissions will depend upon the safe capacity.
LIVE STREAMING CODES WERE EMAILED TO SEASON TICKET HOLDERS ON 10th SEPTEMBER. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK EMAIL AS WE HAVE HAD REPORTS OF THE CODE EMAILS BEING DELIVERED THERE.
All renewing and new season ticket holders (apart from Carers and Under 5s) will receive a live streaming access code, with instructions, before our home game -vs- Exeter City on Saturday 12th September. More information will follow as soon as we are able to confirm. Please note: Live Streaming access is seen as a temporary measure by The EFL and only season-ticket holder who purchase prior to 4th October will have access to free streaming. Should the time arrive when clubs can accommodate all season ticket holders in their grounds for home games, access to Live Streaming will be withdrawn – updates on this will follow when available.
Exeter City – Live Streaming – we cannot guarantee that codes will be sent to season-ticket holders who pay after 4pm on Thursday 10th September.
Due to the restrictions imposed as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, supporters will not be allowed to attend matches when the season starts in September. That doesn’t mean that you can’t cheer on the Ammies however. A 2020-2021 season ticket will include access to live streaming coverage of all of our EFL League Two home games* .
SEASON TICKET CARDS AND STREAMING ACCESS*
Season ticket cards will only be issued when the holders are allowed to attend matches at the stadium. The club is aware that watching games at the stadium is part of our long-treasured match-day experience, but feel that once again our prices represent tremendous value for money for what’s on offer. All paying season ticket holders will receive an access code that will allow them to stream our home EFL League games on a computer, or via a mobile web browser on mobile or tablet (Eg. Safari on iPhone). This does not include Smart TV or Consoles, which remain restricted.
Please note: Carer and Under 5 season ticket holders will NOT be issued with a streaming access code. It is intended that streaming access will be available on a match-by-match basis at a cost of £10 for our home fixtures.
SEASON TICKET PRICES 2020-2021
Standard Season Ticket: £180
Concession* Season Ticket: £90
After listening to the views of our supporters, the club has decided not to offer refunds to 2019-2020 season ticket holders for the 4 home games not played. It is Salford City’s intention to provide affordable EFL football for our supporters, hence the very low ticket prices – we thank you for your understanding and support.
Instead, and as a thank-you for that valued support, anybody renewing 2019-2020 season tickets for 2020-2021 will pay the following prices:
Renewal Standard Season Ticket: £160
Renewal Concession* Season Ticket: £80
- * Concession tickets are available for those aged 5 to 17 inclusive, and those aged 60 or over on 1st August 2020. Also students aged 23 or under on 1st August 2020 (with valid NUS ID or equivalent).
how to apply for season tickets
Renewing season ticket holders may purchase their usual seats for the 2020-2021 season, but we cannot guarantee that admission will be available for any particular fixture, or that you will be able to use your usual seat when you are admitted. When the time comes to admit supporters again, the club will have to abide by EFL and government regulations on social distancing. Only groups of supporters who live at the same address will be allocated seats together, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you as close to your usual seats as possible. Should stadiums be opened up entirely, you will be able to occupy your usual seat again.
When supporters are once again allowed to attend football matches, it is likely that numbers will be limited due to social distancing requirements. Early information from the SGSA (Sports Ground Safety Authority) suggests that groups living at the same address will be able to occupy seats together and gather in those groups within terraced areas. This is a benefit to supporters and club alike, as you will be able to watch the game with others who live at the same address and the allowed capacity will increase. When renewing by email, a single form can be completed by a ‘Main Applicant’ and may include any members of their household who also require season tickets. It is important that address information is accurate – proof of address may be requested. Online renewals provide the opportunity to edit individual ticket holder details before checking out – all applicants per order must reside at the same address. See the Renewing Season Tickets Online Guide.
TO RENEW SEASON TICKETS:
2019-2020 season ticket holders can apply to renew for season 2020-2021. If you didn’t have a season ticket for 2019-2020 you will have to apply for a new season ticket (see below).
Please note: Seat season-ticket holders who apply to renew after 1st September may not be able to occupy the same seat during the new season. Should your seat no longer be available, we will do our best to accommodate you elsewhere.
Due to a change in the way we allocate sponsor & guest tickets, a number of seats allocated to season ticket holders for 2019-2020 will no longer be available. The affected seats are situated in Block G and are numbered 86 to 131 inclusive. We apologise for any inconvenience – affected season ticket holders will be prioritised when choosing new seats, after renewals have been processed. Please let us know on your application form which block you would prefer to relocate to. Download a Peninsula Stadium Ground Plan to see the relative position of stands and seating blocks.
