We are pleased to announce that we have created an online supporters’ survey to give you the opportunity to feedback your experiences and opinions to us.
As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic we have regrettably been unable to arrange a supporter meeting. We value your opinion, particularly after this first season in the EFL, and welcome the chance for you to voice your thoughts
The survey covers Stadium Facilities, Club Shop + Retail, Ticketing, Away Travel and Stewarding, and has a mix of closed questions and open answers.
We welcome all feedback, positive and negative, although we do ask that any criticism and suggestions are constructive in order to give us a helpful understanding of how we may look to resolve any matters.
It will be open for two weeks from Monday 22nd June to Sunday 5th July, after which we will analyse the results and consider the main outcomes.
Information provided will be kept confidential, but we will create a report to update fans on the findings and outline any actions that will be taken.
