Kit Out the Nation is a month-long Make a Difference campaign which aims to collect and re-distribute unwanted or good condition sports kit to children and teenagers in England who need it.
A report published by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee in July showed that more than 100,000 fewer children were getting in the recommended level of activity in 2020 than in 2019.
However you can help to make a difference by recycling any unwanted sports kit that could be the reason why some children aren’t taking part in enough activity.
All we are asking is that between Saturday 4th September and Saturday 2nd October, bring any unwanted kit that is in good condition to the Salford City Ticket Office during opening hours, and we will help it to find a new home!
Thank you for your support and generosity!
