Salford City’s final EFL Trophy group game against Rochdale has been brought forward to a 7pm kick-off.
The Ammies visit the Crown Oil Arena for the first time on Tuesday 10th November in a must-win game if they are to progress to the knock-out rounds for the second year in a row.
After a heavy defeat to Manchester United U21s in our opening group game, a 2-0 win against Morecambe has put us in a position to still qualify.
The 2019-20 Final, where we are due to play Portsmouth, is still ‘postponed’ with both clubs and the EFL set to meet later in the year to try and identify a date. The EFL remains committed to letting supporters who had already purchased tickets watch the Final when it is safe to do so. Ticket refunds are not available until a new date is announced, and will be issued if you cannot make the new date.
Meanwhile we also host Rochdale in the FA Youth Cup First Round. That game has been confirmed for Wednesday 4th November and also kicks off at 7pm, but will be behind closed doors at The Peninsula Stadium. We are currently exploring the possibility of streaming the game.
