Foundation 92, 1st CentralFoundation 92 is proud to offer the inaugural employability and skills development programme!

The traineeship programme will offer young adults between the ages of 16-24 – who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) – with the opportunity to enter a free 12-week course to develop their employability skills and gain practical learning experience.

Participants will have access to and the opportunity for work placements, whilst various workshops will be provided to help the students’ personal development with classes such as CV writing provided at the home of Foundation 92.

The course, which consists of 360 guided learning hours throughout the process, will see trainees spend two days a week in education classes and the other three days in a work placement environment.

This unique opportunity, which will also provide various bursaries to successful participants, aims to develop every student through workshops and placement experience to allow them to achieve and realise their full employability potential.

Leading this programme will be our newly appointed Traineeship Officer, Sian Godwyn-Outten:
