Ticketmaster has confirmed that refunds will be automatically given to Salford supporters for the postponed EFL Trophy Final.
The ticket provider has today sent the money back to the card used for the transaction, and say that the payment should clear in 3-5 business days.
Refunds include the booking fee, but postage and packaging fees cannot be refunded (the same terms apply to tickets purchased by Portsmouth supporters).
If you haven’t received an automatic refund by Thursday 28th January please email SCFCCustomerservice@ticketmaster.co.uk from where your enquiry will be dealt with. We have been advised that all enquiries will be dealt with from that date, even if you email beforehand.
Q: My payment card has expired – what do I do?
A: If you don’t receive a refund automatically by Thursday 28th January, email SCFCCustomerservice@ticketmaster.co.uk from and Ticketmaster will arrange a secure refund process.
Q: What do I do with my ticket(s)?
A: Match tickets don’t need to be returned, and can be dealt with as you see fit. They won’t be valid or work for any re-arranged fixture. Keep hold of any coach tickets.
Salford supporters who booked onto the club’s official transport can also now apply for a refund.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of your coach ticket(s) and the total amount to be refunded.
We will also need details of the bank account you’d like the refund transferred to. Please provide:
Bank Account Name
Bank Account Number
Unfortunately we cannot offer cash refunds from the office at this time.
If you’ve mislaid your tickets, provide us with as much information as you can and we’ll do our best to help.
Thank you for your patience throughout this situation.
